I am. Those guys are insane. Was hoping that either Bisu or Jaedong would win but they're both gone. Oh well... go Flash?

I played StarCraft. Dawn of War drove it into the dirt when it came out.

I doubt StarCraft 2 will be better than Dawn of War: Soulstorm. And Dawn of War 2 isn't even out yet.

Dawn of War is great if single player campaigns are your thing.

I myself don't play and RTS for it's single player, and Dawn of Wars multiplayer and competitiveness is well... poor to say the least.

Starcraft is the best game ever.

You must not have played Dawn of War. The main focus on Dawn of War is the multiplayer battles, and unlike the big hackfest that is StarCraft, Dawn of War actually has a good multiplayer. Whereas with StarCraft all there really was, was singleplayer, the multiplayer was pretty pathetic.

I agree on the 'worst game ever' part of StarCraft though.

So impressive how you quoted me, and changed where i wrote "best" into the word "worse" should give you a funny medal!, I also own all 3 of the Dawn of War games out. You're very wrong.

Actually I own AoC, Zero Hour and WC3 too, all of which I'd put leagues ahead above DoW on multiplater gaming. I'm a pretty big 40k fan, not a DoW one.

I played Starcraft ages ago; I also got over Starcraft. Since then, I had never looked back.

I'm really digging Dawn of War though, the Warhammer 40k lore really interests me and makes me want to play the blasted game even more.

I'll have to ask if you've actually played StarCraft multiplayer then. I don't see how you can consider it a 'big hackfest', unless you're playing completely macro and controlling your attacks with 'attack to location'.

DoW surpasses it in storyline/lore for sure, but for actual competitive play, SC reigns.

SC is possibly the most competitive online game of all time. With perhaps CS as its competitor

Again, Necrons. We can only hope for a wee-bit of balance in Soulstorm.
